How to report an error
Email ali.khan@theworklink.com with “Correction request” in the subject line. Please include the page URL, the statement concerned, why you believe it is inaccurate and any reliable supporting source.
How we review requests
We assess the original material, available primary evidence and relevant context. Where appropriate, we may contact the person or organisation concerned. A disagreement with editorial judgement or opinion does not by itself establish a factual error.
What happens after review
- Material factual errors will be corrected as promptly as reasonably possible.
- Significant corrections may include a visible correction or update note.
- Minor spelling, grammar, formatting or clarity improvements may be made without a separate notice where meaning is unchanged.
- If the original information was accurate but later developments change the position, the article may receive an update rather than a correction.
Requests for removal
Published material is not normally removed simply because it later becomes inconvenient or is no longer preferred. We will consider privacy, safety, legal obligations, serious unfairness and exceptional circumstances on their merits.
Response standard
We aim to acknowledge substantive correction requests within a reasonable period. Complex matters may require additional verification. The goal is a fair and accurate record, not a rushed response.
